Registration fees

Registration includes: admission to all sessions and exhibitions, lunches (!new at ICSB2008!), refreshment breaks, opening reception, poster receptions, programme book and abstract book.
Registration does not include: the banquet (viking dinner at Marstrand fortress), optional tutorials, optional workshop fees (if any), dinners, accommodation and travels.

Cancellation terms and conditions

If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation.

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 24 June 2008 and the total amount will be refunded. We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellation received after 24 June 2008.

Cancellation of social activities and tours must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 1 August 2008 and the total amount will be refunded. We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellation received after 1 August 2008.

Cancellation of hotel reservation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 24 June 2008 and the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation charge of SEK 200. For cancellation received after 24 June 2008 but before 24 July 2008 the hotel prepayment,less the first night's cost will be refunded. We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellation received after 24 July 2008.
